Kick-Off your holiday season by partnering with us to provide holiday meals
Feed 5000 is an event that has brought hope and love to the north Denver area for many years. Each Thanksgiving season, ThornCreek Church and Food for Hope come together to bring an entire Thanksgiving meal to families who are experiencing difficult circumstances and could use a little help during this time of the year.
This year has brought a significant increase in the cost of food and housing, and many families are struggling to provide for those in their households. During these challenging times, our neighbors need the hope of a holiday meal more than ever. We will be assembling at 2,300 boxes of food that include everything needed to prepare a full holiday dinner for a family of 4-6 people. Each box includes Thanksgiving meal sides and a gift card to purchase meat and/or produce. These boxes will be distributed through the school districts we serve, as well as to community members who may need some extra love this holiday season. Help us give our neighbors the dignity of preparing a meal in their own homes when they otherwise would go without.
